S to N Training in the Dales

Forget Majorca! BLS' Neil Barker reports on his recent training efforts in the Dales...

I got my S-N training moving with a few days in the dales last week 2 weeks ago. As you can see from the picture the landscape was beautiful but the snow at the side and often middle of the roads was a little bit scary. 11 weeks to go and feeling fitter already. Mark's trip to Majorca did look a lot more exiting.

Neil, it looks wonderful, albeit a little on the chilly side! Hope the training continues to go well.
